St Mawes Sea Angling Club processes two electronic scales' these have been calibrated against CFSA standard scales on 22nd November 2021 at the last CFSA calibration meeting.

New CFSA rules for 2023
With the advent of the "video and weigh in at sea" for recording some spices (See CFSA rule changes published on the club Notice board) All members are reminded that they should calibrate their scales against the Club Brecknell scales first of all, so that your "on boat scales" are traceable back to CFSA standard calibrated scales. Gary Hitchings can advise and assist with any calibration if required.

- Brecknell Scales: Result spot on.... no divergence from the CFSA master set
- CSG Scales: Reading 2 grams under weight
